California State License

HomeProsBuilders carries a B license, known as a General Contractor License. This license gives HomeProsBuilders the ability to perform any kind of general remodeling job in the state of California. As you know, HomeProsBuilders handles ALL of our jobs and projects under one roof, and as a construction company with 40 years of experience in the Los Angeles Area, we work with all city and state permits and include city inspections in all of our projects to ensure exceptional quality.

Liability Insurance

HomeProsBuilders also carries a General liability insurance. Of course, HomeProsBuilders work under all safety regulations and rules by the state of California but our 40 years of experience in the construction industry and specially remodeling homes in Los Angeles had thought us that no matter what it is extremely important to be protected and insured. General Liability insurance covers most types of personal injuries at the work sure as a result of worker’s negligence, besides that, the liability insurance also help to protect you, the client, the homeowner, against property damage. Additionally to worker compensation, General Liability and a General contractor B license, HomeProsBuilders also carry a Bond, which protects all of our clients in case of business bankruptcy, personal injuries or a dispute with contracts cause the project to not be completed.
